Shipping and Handling:

• Physical products do have shipping and handling charges added at check out.
• Shipping is for general ground shipping and may take 7-10 days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing order.
• Certain products may take an additional week depending on our vendors. This will be noted in the product description.

Digital Products

• Digital Format products may be available immediately after check-out. A "download" button will appear on the confirmation page.
• Items not available for immediate download (assessments etc.) will be sent to you via additional email usually within 24 hours. Please watch SPAM folders.
• There are no refunds on digital items.

Products without Prices

• Pricing for these products is based on the quantity, delivery and organizational implementation.
• By adding a product without a price to your order, you give Haply permission to contact you in regards to ordering the product.
